Meet Celebrity Guide Michael Carroll

We are very pleased to have Michael Carroll back with us on June 18, 2015 as our “Celebrity Guide” for Gallery Night Providence.

Michael Carroll, a 16 year veteran docent at the John Brown House Museum.  Michael has a great knowledge of the 18th century furniture he is so passionate about.  A retired, mostly self-taught, woodworker whose specialty was building reproduction fireplace surrounds will bring a more intimate perspective to the artisan aspect of his tour.  Michael also has an interest and extensive knowledge of 18th and early 20th century architecture, which Providence is so known for.
