Meet Celebrity Guide Kate Champa

 

Kate Champa has a Masters Degree in Art History from Harvard, and attended the RISD Ceramics Department from 1978-81.

She has taught students of all ages and worked in various school and after school programs, both with abled and special needs students. Her work combines hand building, throwing and casting techniques to produce both functional ware and whimsical sculpture. Kate is a long-time member of the Foundry Artists’ Association and exhibits regularly at the South County Art Association’s Earthworks Show.
