As you may have already heard, or perhaps read on our website or facebook page, this month we have a very special Gallery Night. A number of RISD‘s graduate students will be opening their studios to us in the Fletcher Building, located at 212 Union St. in downtown Providence.
Some of the artists you’ll have the opportunity to meet include sculptor and assemblage artist Matt Mahoney (who’s studio is an installation in it’s own right),
David Aipperspach will be on hand to discuss his large and colorful paintings,
And sculptor Rob McKirdle who, in addition to his mixed media sculptures has also been working on some two dimensional pieces using print toner on vintage office ephemera,
